Members of the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston help to inspire younger girls through positive mentoring relationships and supportive spiritual and physical development. The Big Sister Association encourages members to get involved in its special programs, such as the Building Big Dreams Program.

Building Big Dreams encourages girls to nurture future aspirations, such as attending college, by setting career goals and exploring college options that can help support those goals. Corporate sponsors of the Building Big Dreams program also offer girls the ability to consider career options with their companies by exploring various positions within their organizations.
